• The second "Stargate SG-1" direct-to-DVD movie "Stargate: Continuum" will be released on the 29 July, 2008 in the U.S.A. & Canada.



• The second "Stargate SG-1" direct-to-DVD movie "Stargate: Continuum" will be shown on Tuesday 12 August 2008 in the U.K., on channel Sky One at 8:00pm.



• The second "Stargate SG-1" direct-to-DVD movie "Stargate: Continuum" will be released on the 18 August, 2008 in the U.K. & Europe. It will also be available on Blu-ray as well as standard DVD.



• Claudia is scheduled to be in the U.K. attending the London Film And Comic Con on the 19 and 20 July 2008. The event will take place at Earls Court Two, London, SW5 9TA. For more information click here.



• Claudia was scheduled to be in the U.K. attending Chevron 7, a 3-day event for Stargate fans. But unfortunatley Claudia will not be able to attend. • Claudia will guest star in the first season's finale episode of "Moonlight" scheduled to air Friday, May 16 on CBS in the U.S.A., and on Tuesday, 03 June on Living in the U.K.
  Claudia's character 'The Cleaner' was originally written with Claudia Black in mind for the role, but Claudia was pregnant at the time and therefore couldn't do it. They were thrilled that they got Claudia back for the final episode 'Sonata' and Claudia's character would be featured more in season two, but unfortunatley the show got cancelled.



• The first "Stargate SG-1" direct-to-DVD movie "Stargate: The Ark Of Truth" will be shown on Wednesday 26 March 2008 in the U.K., on channel Sky One at 8:00pm.

• The "Farscape" franchise will live on as a live-action Web series. Sci Fi Channel executive Craig Engler confirmed that the company has closed a deal with The Jim Henson Company for a 10-episode webisode series. So far no stars or writers are signed to appear and no story plotted, but if successful, the project could lead to re-igniting the franchise on the air.

• "Farscape" returns to U.K. terrestrial TV on the 15 July, 2007, at 2:45AM on BBC2. The episodes being repeated are from Season 3 starting with the first two episodes, followed by episodes three and four the next early morning at 2:45AM.



• Claudia as joined the pilot episode of "Life" a new NBC series that will air later this year. She plays the part of Jennifer Conover, the ex-wife of the lead character Detective Billy Crews (Damian Lewis).



• The episode of "The Dresden Files" guest starring Claudia Black is airing tonight, Wednesday, April 11 at 9:00PM on Sky One in the U.K.



• The first direct-to-DVD "Stargate SG-1" movie "Stargate: The Ark Of Truth" starts principal photography on April 15. The movie will pick up immediately after the "Stargate SG-1" series finale episode 'Unending' (recently screened in the U.K.). The Ori storyline originally planned to continue into "Stargate SG-1's" eleventh season will be concluded in the movie.



• The final ever episode of "Stargate SG-1" will be world premiered in the U.K. on Tuesday 13 March at 8:00PM on Sky One.



• Claudia Black will be guest starring in an episode of "The Dresden Files." She will portray Liz Fontaine, an Erin Brockovich-style private eye who gives Harry (Paul Blackthorne) some competition and a bit of chemistry when they investigate a murder case. The episode, entitled "The Other Dick," has recently completed filming and will air on Sunday, March 25 at 9:00PM E/P on the SciFi channel in the U.S.A., and on Wednesday, April 11 at 9:00PM on Sky One in the U.K.



• "Stargate SG-1" Season 10 Episode 11 'The Quest: Part 2' will be shown in the U.K. on Tuesday 09 January on Sky One at 8PM, followed by the remaining nine episodes, one each week. These episodes are not being shown in U.S.A until April 2007.



• The U.K. will get to see the final episodes of "Stargate SG-1" months before they are shown in the U.S.A.



• Since "Stargate SG-1" will not be back for an eleventh season, two new "Stargate SG-1" movies (most likely direct-to-DVD for a targeted fall 2007 release for both films) are scheduled to begin filming April 15, 2007 for the first movie, and June 01, 2007 for the second. The cast is all signed up for both movies.



• "Farscape" The Ultimate Complete Collection which contains all the episodes from the series and "The Peacekeeper Wars" mini-series is now available on DVD in the U.K. & Europe, and it can be purchased from Amazon.co.uk.

• The Sci-Fi Channel has pulled the plug on "Stargate SG-1" after not renewing it for an eleventh season. But there still might be life ahead for the long-running series. MGM, which produces the show, is hoping to dock it on another channel.

• The U.K. premiere of season nine of "Stargate SG-1" on Sky One has been moved forward a week and will now be shown on Tuesday 11 October at 8:00pm.



• Claudia will be back in Sydney, Australia, later this year to record her voice for her next project "Stolen Life" a 3D animation film.



• In episode nineteen of the current season of "Stargate SG-1" entitled 'Crusade', which sees the return of Claudia Black, Claudia's character Vala is stranded in the Ori's home galaxy and is pregnant. The nature of Vala's pregnancy will not be explored until season ten.



• The studio producing "Stargate SG-1" was so impressed with Claudia that they wanted her back again for the current ninth season, rather than waiting for a return in season ten if the show is renewed.



• New episodes of "Stargate SG-1" are currently on hold after reaching the half way point in the U.S.A. and will resume January 2006. Meanwhile U.K. viewers will get there chance to see Claudia in the first six episodes of season nine when Sky One start showing the new series from Tuesday 18 October at 8:00pm.



• Claudia's return visit to "Stargate SG-1" for the final two epsiodes of the current season are being filmed from mid-September, with an airdate of around March 2006 on the Sci-Fi channel in the U.S.A.



• Claudia Black will return for two more episodes of "Stargate SG-1" later this year. She will appear in this season's nineteenth episode "Crusade" and indicates a strong possibility that the second return episode could be "Camelot" the season finale and twentieth episode of the year.



• Filming has been completed on "Naked In London" but due to scheduling difficulties with the shoot Claudia Black was replaced with Gabrielle Jourdan.

• On May 18, at Hollywood's Renaissance Hotel, the Academy of Science Fiction Fantasy and Horror Films presented the Saturn Awards.
  In the TV section, Claudia Black was nominated for her tough-girl role in "Farscape", a series filmed in Sydney with a mostly Australian cast and crew. Claudia is also a favourite -partly because she is widely acclaimed and partly because the series was unexpectedly axed in September.
  This was her third nomination in a row, and her last chance to win. "Farscape" was nominated for best cable or syndicated series, which it has already won twice, and again won on the night to make it a three-time Saturn recipient.
  Claudia Black and Ben Browder presented the award for Best DVD Television Release and Best DVD Classic Release at the 29th Annual Saturn Awards. Claudia said "I love the Saturns, especially for these types of genre programs, there’s a tendency for them to pushed under the rug a little bit. But the Saturns seek them out!"

  After successfully preventing the Scarrans from invading Earth by destroying the wormhole, John and Aeryn are enjoying a quiet moment relaxing in a rowing boat on a lake, while Moya regenerates in the water. Aeryn tells John that she is pregnant with his child and that they are going to have a baby. John is overjoyed with the news and gets down on one knee and asks Aeryn to marry him. He produces a ring, which he places on her finger.
  Meanwhile, in the sky above an alien spacecraft has spotted the two of them and proceeds to attack them.
